Hey Crafty People!
- Add colour to a panel of WOW’s Superior Smooth White Cardstock, using a domed ink blender to really saturate that colour. Once you have applied all of your chosen colours, go back in over the top to get a good blend between them.
- Apply double sided adhesive to the back of this and die cut using the large Slimline Tag and Birthday dies. Set aside the word, and apply the tag to some acetate with the adhesive already on the back.
TOP TIP! Use the die cut word to ensure you position the little additional bits in the right place! - To get a really deep shaker, double up your foam tape, and apply it all of the way around your shaker to create a secure wall.
TOP TIP! Use some anti-static powder to make sure there is no sticky exposed at the sides of the shaker walls. - Fill with a mixture of sequins/gems/micro beads etc. Then seal it all in with another piece of acetate. This gives you the opportunity to lift the shaker and position it wherever you would like to! Apply some gold mirror cardstock to the back of the shaker for a fun contrast to the colourful tag.
- Heat emboss the Scrunch stamp in Gold Rich Pale onto an 8.5×6.5in panel of WOW’s cardstock.
- Position the tag in position on the embossed background.
- Finish the sentiment with a die cut word and one of the Sweet Sentiment Fab Foilers. (I foiled these ahead of time in various colours of foil, then cut them down into strips and store in your Crafty space for use whenever. I really do find them so convenient!!!)
- For some extra sparkle, add some of the sequins that are inside the shaker onto the card as embellishments.
No Waste Here!
- Stamp the Fluttering Feathers background stamp onto an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb with Obsidian Black Pigment Ink. Set aside to dry.
- Peel the release paper from the back of the sentiment die cut, and adhere it to a stack of 2-3 white die cuts; offset it slightly to add a white drop shadow effect. Then adhere this to the stamped Butterflies panel.
- Trim down one of the reverse sentiment strips from that same Fab Foilers pack and add the two separate bits onto the large word die cut.
