Hey Crafty People!
Today, I’m sharing two ways to add a WOW effect to your coloured images!
These are super easy ways to step up a design and really show off everything it is worth!

Embossed Details
- Using a WOW embossing pen to add little touches of embossing over each of the leaves, petals and flower middles. Choose a mix of embossing glitters and add pen then powder to each area at a time.
Green Leaves: In The Park
Yellow Leaves: Touch Of Lemon
Blue/Teal Flowers: Cummerbund
Pink Flowers: Halo - Trim down a panel of Blush cardstock to 5in x 3 3/4in and adhere your flowers onto it. Trim any from the edges, and reuse these to make your panel look fuller.
- For the sentiments, use my pack of Sweet Sentiments Fab Foilers; foiling them with Bright Silver. Adhere them both on foam tape, placing them at different angles.
- Embellish with some gems. (Alexandra Renke)
- Adhere this panel to an a2 card base.
No Heat Foiling
- Apply dots and lines of Quickie Glue Pen to the image and allow to dry.
This glue dries sticky, and it is in a handy pen form which makes it really easy to control. - Once dry, put Bright Gold foil onto it, gently smooth it over all of the glue areas before lifting it up to reveal the gorgeous foiling! (Repeat this step until you have covered all of the foil.)
- Trim down a panel of Moss Green cardstock to be 5in x 3 3/4in for your floral display to sit on.
- TOP TIP! Use a similar coloured marker to colour the edges of the fussy cut florals to help it blend into the background more. If you don’t have a marker that is dark enough, you can always colour multiple layers.
- Pop up the floral on foam adhesive then adhere the green panel to a white a2 cardbase.
- Foil another of the Sweet Sentiments with Bright Gold Fab Foil, trim it down and apply to the card panel.
- Embellish with green gems. (Alexandra Renke)
