Hey Crafty People!
I’m super excited for this wonderful new release of digital stamps from Alex Syberia Designs; this is our first release since Alex invited me to be part of her 2021 Design Team, and it is SO GOOD!
I’ve got lots of designs to share with you over the coming month, and I will be including a monthly Alex Syberia Designs video into my monthly schedule, which is super exciting!
I have chosen this Winter Garden A2 Card Panel for our hop because it was so much fun to create.
I coloured the florals with various Copic marker blends which I chose for their light, Spring feel. I wanted to keep it light and bright!
I only decided that I wanted to cut the centre out after I had coloured and trimmed the panel down. So using my Silhouette Cameo was out of the question at that point! So instead I used a craft knife to cut a strip larger enough to get my tiny scissors in and just cut away.
I decided to emboss a panel to sit behind my floral frame and the Alexandra Renke Judith’s Blush embossing powder from WOW was just the perfect choice! I did emboss it twice to give a more opaque coverage as this powder is translucent.
I finished the design with a hello die cut from Pinkfresh Studios and some gems from Lucy’s Little Things.
