Switch It Up – Different Colour Families
This Victorian Greenhouse set immediately caught my eye because it reminds me of an old Victorian Tropical Gardens near me that we used to visit when I was little. (It’s called Buxton Pavillion Tropical Gardens if anyone wants to check it out!)
I decided to make a quick & easy set of notecards that can easily be packaged up as a gift. Using different inks & sentiments is an easy way to create a cohesive set that still has some variation. (Check out my video tutorial below.)

No Colour Needed
The gorgeous Butterflies from the Meadow Reflections set look so good in black and the contrast & drama you get from a black & white colour scheme is always classy.
I stamped the butterflies in Obsidian for a bold, crisp image. Then I die cut them and added them to an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb along with a stamped sentiment from the same set.
For some added, tone-on-tone interest to the background, I added the negative outside edge from the postage frame die set. (I love to use the ‘scraps’.)
