Sometimes, I love a really clean, simple and restricted colour pallet on a card. Here’s one I made recently, with a gorgeous BetterPress plate from Altenew. So, I’m calling this one BetterPress with a POP of colour!

BetterPress and a POP Of Colour!

1. Add your image and sentiment to your BetterPress platform and ink up with BetterPress Black ink. Print your design onto a panel of off white cotton watercolour paper and allow to dry fully.
2. Using the coordinating Simple Colouring Stencils, ink blend each petal with your choice of ink family. (Altenew have sets with 4 shades, light – dark which are PERFECT for this!) Use the darker shades towards the base of each petal, gradually working out to lighter on the tips of each petal.
3. Mask off a strip of the panel underneath your sentiment and ink blend the same blend of inks.
