I wanted to keep the design simple, but also I wanted to be able to make several cards at a time and the easiest way to do this is using some sort of stamp positioner.
I used my MISTI and I positioned the sentiment first, using Happy Birthday Many Ways from CPD, and went ahead stamping each one; cleaning my stamp well between each colour.
Then I moved onto the little images, again choosing my positioning, & stamping each card in turn before repositioning the stamps and repeating the earlier steps.
I wanted to keep the cards very clean & simple, and single layered, but I felt that they needed something more so I grabbed an ink blending brush and some washi tape to mark off and colour a stripe down the side of each one.
Once dry, I adhered each panel onto an a2 card made from 110lb Neenah.
