Hey Crafty People!
Today I’m sharing this card which I made with a whole bunch of Altenew products and that I used as an example for my AECP Workshop.
It’s a SUPER quick and easy idea for those times when you don’t have the time, or inclination, to spend on colouring!
I grabbed my Cherry Blossom mini ink pads and I swiped each one over a card panel to create a single horizontal stripe of each colour.
Then I stamped the paint a flower poppy, and a sentiment from Mega Label Love, over the top with Obsidian ink. I also added a sub-sentiment from the simple sentiments 2 set.
I doodled a border around the whole panel because I just, really like the look of it.
I wanted to keep this card as flat as possible, so to ’embellish’ it, I drew black dots with my pen in any of the spaces that I would normally have put Nuvo drops or sequins.
