There are many quotes that I thought about starting my blog with, but ultimately that one seems the most appropriate. There have been many changes in my life; some difficult, others wonderful, but I have found that it is the negative ones that stick with you. I have spent much of the last 4 years feeling powerless and this blog is really the story of how I began to take back control.
