Hello you! I am an absolute sucker for a Butterfly design and this cover die with coordinating layering stencils is such a good one!!! I’ve paired it with some other Hero Arts goodies and a pretty interesting colour palette to create this design!

Hello You

1. Using the layering stencils, create this colourful design using a choice of 3 different ink colours onto an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb. (The ones I used are listed below!) Once you’ve finished the ink blended design, line up the cover plate die and run through your die cutting machine.
2. Place foam adhesive strips and pieces behind the panel, avoiding any of the wings, leaves & flowers which we will tease up the sit away from the rest of the panel for dimension & interest.
3. Adhere the whole panel onto some Gold Glitter cardstock and set aside
4. Stamp a sentiment in a matching colour and trim into a short strip. This finishes your sentiment as ‘Hello You’.
5. Add some of the same Gold glitter cardstock to double sided adhesive foam and cut with the ‘you’ die from a previous MMH Kit. Adhere this onto your card and use foam adhesive to stick the stamped portion above.
6. Embellish with blue translucent gems.
