Hey Crafty People!
I am SUPER excited to be doing some Guest Design work with Spellbinders!!! One of the releases that they asked me to join is the amazing Paint Your World Release. I’ve had so much fun with the products I received from this release and I’m excited to share several makes today!
First, I wanted to update you that unfortunately, I have Covid! I have quite complex health issues and they mean that I am at a higher risk of becoming seriously ill.
I am fully vaccinated, so whilst I do feel pretty rotten, this is unlikely to be as bad as it could have been.
Between the Ukraine Card Drive, and then catching Covid I’m sooo far behind on blogging my creations…so I’m going to be trying to catch up with a few posts to mop up several that I never got onto my blog.
At least it gives me something to do from my sick bed! HA!
Paint Your World Release
This is the first card that I made with the release and I decided to try a little something different by making the ‘paint’ metallic.
I thought the brush stroke glimmer plates would pair up really nicely with the paint drips.
So, I used Silver foil with the glimmer plates with silver die cut drips on my brush
The first part of the sentiment is from an older inner set and the second is a pre made from January’s card kit.

Rainbows & Reversed
The foiled background is another older Glimmer plate and I used the Rainbow Foil to add the background and also the foiling on the die cut drips. (I used one of the brushes from a different set to create this card.)
For a sentiment I used one of last year’s Small Die Of The Month sets, addin touches of holographic both there and as a mat to my panel.

I used the leftover rainbow foil and my solid foil plate to give me a reversed panel and this time I added white paint drips. To give the drips a bit more interest, I added Glossy Accents across them all.
The sentiment was from the February Large Die of the Month and I used vellum to help it stand out a little more.
