During a recent crafty session I got thinking; what colour do you gravitate towards when you’re in need of a pick-me-up?

1. Using a wet medium flat brush, pick up some of your watercolour powder and swipe colour onto an a2 panel of mixed media cardstock. Swipe up and down and repeat until you are happy with the look. Set aside to dry fully.
2. Heat emboss a panel of WOW cardstock in Polished Silver.
3. Die cut your cover plate from your choice of white/off white cardstock and trim some away.
4. Adhere on top of your Polished Silver powder and trim some more until you are happy with the result. Stick this directly to your watercoloured panel.
5. Die cut your two piece sentiment; use the same white/off-white cardstock for the shadow and more Polished Silver embossed cardstock for the detailed part.
6. Adhere together and then onto the background panel.
