The Lotus images from the recent Lotus Frame suite of products, and after stamping some of the images from the stamp set in Antique Gold pigment ink I decided to up the ante with some Gilded ink blending!

1. Using the coordinating stencil set, add colour through the detail part of the colouring stencil. Use the same Antique Gold, but pounce and twist the ink through the stencil with a Domed Foam applicator. Let the ink dry, then die cut out.
2. Emboss an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb with the Lotus Frame 3d embossing folder.
3. Add Rhodolite (from the Jewel Tones ink set) across the background, concentrating the deepest colour in the centre and fading out towards the edges.
4. Swipe the same Rhodolite ink pad around all four sides of the panel, letting the ink pad scrape across the panel in places, to give some textured ink scrapes. Then swipe the Antique Gold pad over all of the edges too.
5. Splatter the panel with Gold from the Metallic 12 Pan Watercolours.
6. Stamp a sentiment with Rhodolite ink and trim into a strip.
7. Cut down a strip slightly bigger and swipe it over the Antique Gold ink to cover it, then glue the sentiment strip onto this gold strip.
8. Use foam adhesive to adhere the images and sentiment onto the dry embossed panel.
