Hey Crafty People!
This was a SUPER simple card to create and it could definitely be a masculine floral design.
I printed the Floral Garden panel on Navy cardstock and added Gold foil, using my laminator. (*Check out my process for doing this here.)
I cut the top piece of each part of my sentiment from the foiled panel, then I cut it another 4 times from black cardstock. I cut the shadow layers from vellum.
I used one of the black sentiment die cuts to fill the gap left by cutting the sentiment from the panel. (It’s really important to keep the inner bits of the letters safe, as to get the eclipse look you have to pop those bits back in this first layer to match the panel.
I then glued the rest of the pieces together so that the vellum shadow was on the bottom, then 2x layers of black cardstock with the foiled panel on top.
I glued these back into place on the panel and popped the whole thing up on foam tape on an a2 card base.
Once it was on the card base I decided to add a few clear heart embellishments from Trinity Stamps.
