Today, I’ve got two Pastel Rainbow on Black cardstock techniques to share, complete with a video tutorial showing exactly how I used both techniques to create this fun, Rainbow design!

Pastel Rainbow on Black

1. Choose your ink colours and press the pad onto a glass mat or similar surface. Mix the colour into White Pearl Hero Paste, one colour at a time and spread over the Wildside Stencil, attached to an a2 panel of Oreo Crunch cardstock. Set aside to dry, and thoroughly clean the stencil.
2. Stamp the swirly ‘hello’ onto Oreo Crunch cardstock in White Pigment ink, stamping twice then leaving to dry for a few minutes. Now, making sure your cardstock is in the right place still, stamp again using two colours by inking up one, softening the edge of the colour and then repeating for the other colour/side. Repeat this for 3 stamped with the colours used on your background.
3. Stamp one last time and add Clear Gloss embossing powder for a glossy & slightly raised sentiment. Die cut all with the coordinating dies.
4. Stamp a sub sentiment in White Pigment ink onto a piece of Oreo Crunch and emboss in Opaque Bright White Super Fine embossing powder. Die cut with one of the add on dies.
5. Die cut the swirly sentiments from double sided adhesive foam and add the stamped die cuts on top of each one, and add a strip of foam behind the sub sentiment strip.
6. Trim the background panel to 4×5.25inch and mat onto an a2 panel of Holographic cardstock. Adhere your sentiments onto the panel.
7. Cut some stars from the same Holographic cardstock and the Lovely Little Borders die set. Adhere across your finished card panel.
