Im low-key OBSESSED with this month’s release from Hero Arts, the kits, the add-ons…it’s all just sooo good!!! I decided to take the love theme and add a sprinkling of positivity & acceptance. If you’re wondering what that gets you, well, of course it’s Rainbow Love!

Rainbow Love

1. Cut a rainbow selection of cardstocks into 1/4inch thick strips. Lay them down diagonally onto an a2 panel covered in double sided adhesive. Make sure that each strip is right up against the previous to avoid any white showing between them. Trimm off the excess, and where possible use this for some of the shorter stripes.
2. Die cut the Love You So Much Cover Die from Neenah 80lb, and stack 2-3 layers on top of each other.
3. Adhere these onto your rainbow striped panel. Embellish with the hearts that come out of the line hearts from the cover die!

Rainbow Love But Make It SPARKLE!

1. Die cut the ‘love’ die from this month’s My Monthly Hero repeatedly from a Rainbow selection of glitter cardstock.
2. Arrange them onto an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb in rainbow order. Start with the red, then glue the orange and trim off the excess and reuse that on the next line. Repeat until your panel is full of Rainbow Love!
3. Splatter with black watercolour or ink. Set aside to dry, then once dry trim down by 1/8inch on each side and adhere to a panel of black cardstock.
4. Cut the ‘I Love u’ die from black, again layering up 2-3 layers and add simple white highlights with a gel pen.
5. To help seperate the sentiment from the busy background, die cut the Heart Window Frame die from the MMH out of vellum. Adhere the I & U direct to the vellum and add the heart, overlapping then and popped up on foam adhesive. Adhere the vellum heart with liquid glue, hidden behind the sentiment.
