We have a new release over at Graciellie Design and I’ve gone all soft & pastel for this one! It’s a beautiful bouquet of Cotton & Eucalyptus that just whispers of pastel and blankets to me.
I sized my image & sentiment in Silhouette Studio Print & Cut, and added two stripes that work to ground the image. Then I designed the cut around the panel to give me a 5 x 3.75 in rectangle with the additional cotton flower over hanging.
I’m really loving exploring what I can do with my Cameo 4 right now! Experimenting with different cuts and layouts! I still only have the basic (free) version at the moment but I’m really tempted to upgrade to the Designer edition!!
I coloured my image in with a mixture of Copics and Brushmarkers; I carefully chose my shades to keep my image really soft and I’m so happy with how it turned out! (I’ve got each colour I used listed below in the supplies.)
I matted my panel onto a soft blue cardstock and then popped that up with foam tape onto an a2 card base.
