Today I’m joining some of the Pear Blossom Press Design Team in a collaboration with Streamside Studios. I’ll.be making an adorable Congrats on your Lil’ Dumpling card for my brother, sister-in-law and nephew as they’ve just welcomed another special little man. I’m definitely a proud Auntie, and can’t wait to meet him!

1. Stamp images from the Par-Tea Pandas set onto Neenah 80lb in Versafine Onyx Black and emboss with Clear Gloss. Colour using Copic markers (colours listed below.) Fussy Cut, add some white gel highlights and set aside.
2. Die cut a blue circle and darken the edges with dark blue ink blending. Decide where you want your light and cut a very small circle. Adhere the One-Light to the back of the circle using adhesive tape and then build round it with adhesive foam tape.
3. Add a white dashed line border with a gel pen, all around the navy circle. Now adhere your images into place with more foam adhesive, with the balloon over the light. Add a string between the balloon and your Panda to look like he’s holding the balloon!
4. Stamp & emboss another image and your chosen sentiment onto an a2 panel of Neenah 80lb. Colour in the same way you did the earlier images. But add a simple shadow beneath your Panda to ground him. Trim to 4 x 5.25in and mat onto an a2 panel of the same Navy cardstock used.
5. Add the circle in place and finish by marking the button so that you can easily zuzx
